Life in Berlin

5 Amazing Berlin Restaurants

I’ve been living in Berlin for a little over 3 years, and one of my main hobbies is going out for dinner. Here in Berlin, you can get a wide variety of restaurants, that’s why I love it here. I have compiled a short list of restaurants that I believe you should check out on your trip to Berlin or if you live here. I have put some cheaper options as well as some fancy ones.

Night Kitchen $$$

With an amazing Mediterranean and Israeli kitchen, this place does not miss! You can seriously order anything off the menu and be blown away. Not only is the food amazing but the cocktails are fun and inventive. The atmosphere also has a cozy dark vibe to it. Night Kitchen is situated in one of Berlin’s cutest courtyards, so get ready to not only get pictures of your food but also of you!! Located in Mitte.

Gazzo $$

One thing about me is, I love sourdough and this Pizza spot does sourdough right!! You wouldn’t call this a traditional Naples-style pizza since they use sourdough to make their pizza but oh my is it delicious!!! The trendy spot is sooo Berlin but don’t worry the service is not, the waiters are so nice and friendly. They pretty regularly change their specials so you can always try something new. For dessert, they have an amazing soft-serve ice cream that is so creamy and always with different toppings. Located in the Neukolln/Kreuzberg area.

November Brasserie $$$

A beautiful Japanese Brasserie with the freshest fish in Berlin. I highly recommend sitting at the bar to watch the chefs create the plates. There is so much thought and skill that goes through these presentations of food. I had one of the most amazing Cod dishes here and I still think about it. Located in Prenzlauer Berg.

No Bananas $$

No Bananas is elevated Turkish food and wow is it amazing!! I always take people who visit me here because you don’t see so much Turkish food which I am from, so it’s a perfect place to bring visitors. You can get shareable plates and main dishes. Every time I go with a group of friends we get about 4-5 shareables and about 2 Mains and we devour them all. They also have nice cocktails and a bar area. Located in Kreuzberg.

SPINDLER $$$

Spindler is a French-inspired restaurant located next to Paul Lincke Ufer which is a canal that runs through this area. On a beautiful summer day/night you can sit outside and people watch, which is so fun to do in Berlin. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented. If you want a little taste of France in Berlin I would suggest to come here. The inside of the restaurant is also very beautiful and they have a nice bar with great cocktails.

Let me know if you check these places out and what you think! Also if you have any recommendations for me leave a comment! Also check out my TikTok: Presandgo with more information on Berlin and other places I travel.
